What will you do with a penny today?
Into the depths of your purse or just toss it away.
As you are walking, it's lying there on the ground.
Do you pick it up? Hey look what I found!
What will you do with a penny today?
Maybe you have twenty-five friends and each of them have twenty-five, too.
With all of these pennies what will you do?
If you collect all of these pennies and you think and you think
Hey, let's give to the hungry for a meal and a drink!
What will you do with a penny today?
So there you have it, Pennies Can Change.
They can change into smiles and change into food.
Sometimes change into water and even change a dark mood.
Now when you look down and see shiny copper.
Just pick it up and throw in the jar on the range.
